QC Expansion Assistant — Multi-Agent System
Led design for Quick Commerce node-launch automation across EU marketplaces. Selected Strands Agents SDK, GraphBuilder DAG, and Bedrock Claude; defined two-phase auth, dependency DAG, steering-hook guardrails, rollback strategy, and Strands Evals test cases. Projected impact: per-node SDE effort from 3–4 weeks to under 3 days.
Agentic AI Platform — EU Quick Commerce
Architected and shipped a production AI agent platform for Amazon's hyperlocal delivery org. Built a custom MCP server exposing 18 enterprise tools — tickets, alarms, metrics, CloudWatch, Policy Engine — with auth and observability. Shipped 8 agentic business flows and a RAG-grounded Knowledge Agent.
Generative AI Config Migration
Led migration of hard-coded configuration across 10+ mission-critical services to a dynamic config store using GenAI-assisted code generation. Cut feature delivery time by 80% and removed deploy-to-toggle dependencies.
Seller Central — Manage Your Orders
Architected and delivered a React-based UX revamp for merchant-fulfilled orders across UK, DE, JP, and US marketplaces, improving order visibility, enabling multi-marketplace launches, and increasing seller engagement by 30%.
Cross-Border Commerce — ACS Migration
Led integration of Amazon Central Services with the tier-1 Merchant Order Populator Service and downstream EasyShip pipeline across JP, UK, and DE. Designed a dual-write, feature-flagged rollout with zero downtime for seller-order workflows.
Transportation Compliance — India GST E-Way Bill
Owned tier-1 compliance for India's legally mandated GST E-Way Bill platform. Designed idempotent event-driven pipelines across SQS, DynamoDB, Lambda, ECS, S3, Glue, and Redshift, integrating with National Informatics Centre APIs for real-time filing.
Secure Rejects with OTP
Led cross-team package-delivery security design — scoping, high-level design, and event-routing integration. The extensible design supports AMZL OTP, Ship with Amazon, and global re-trigger workflows.
Reliability, Mentoring & Hiring
Drove reliability across 40+ services, deprecated a 10-year-old tier-1 legacy service, and resolved production incidents via RCAs. Mentored 3 interns with 100% SDE conversion, supported 6 SDEs with 4 promotions, and conducted 50+ interviews.
Software Development Engineer
Thrift Stores, Brand Stores & Listing Pages
Built end-to-end architecture and production code for thrift and brand stores, including highly configurable listing pages requiring deep Solr understanding.
Login, Signup & Conversion
Revamped the login flow by removing mandatory login, cutting drop rate by 17%. Moved from email to mobile-number signups, improving auth success rate, and built a WhatsApp-based conversion feature.
Search, Browse & Discovery
As IC, built architecture and production code for inline filters, search guides, category browse, and discovery. Search improvements lifted performance by nearly 10% with deeper Solr work.

Built segment-based feed types, integrated video assets via Cloudinary, and shipped similar-product assets used across multiple interaction points.
Revenue & Paid Marketing
As IC, developed and optimized dynamic pricing for an 11% GMV lift. Designed a feed-based Facebook paid-channel system contributing materially to revenue.
Wishlist, Likes & Onboarding
Delivered end-to-end Wishlist, merged Likes into the Wishlist experience, and revamped new-user onboarding on the app.
